I needed one for remote working at home and needed the scan, print and copy features. This does it all and is very easy to set up and use.

No problems so far, quality of print is great. Would recommend to others.

I bought this Canon printer to replace an older Canon printer. Love it - it works perfectly, has a great touch-screen, a noticeably smaller footprint, and lighter weight than the previous Canon printer. It has the same, basic features. Ink tanks may be replaced individually. The only thing I wish was that Canon had more printers (other than the really basic, low-cost models) in a lighter color (something other than the big black blob) that sits on your desk. With black, it's virtually impossible to see the icons for paper up-side and envelope direction that are molded into the plastic without shining a light on it.

Nice print quality but paper tray is very, very small.

I bought this as a replacement for an old inkjet printer and have been very pleased! I think that I have used every function and it was much easier than expected. I never expected to FAX but when a need arose, it was super easy to do. Scanning via the document feeder or glass is just as simple as printing. I have it connected to my wireless network so I can print easily from any device on the network. I highly recommend!

It doesn't hold much paper. Its fast to print and it has a sharp print out.

I have long waited for my old printer to give up the ghost so that I could buy one that enables smartphone printing. This printer is great, and it’s so quiet!

like that i can scan and copy, as well as print. scan worked great.

I've used it very little so far . But the picture I printed was excellent and the text was great. Well have to see how it holds up. Satisfied !

Easy install. Only have had limited use so far but it seems to use lots of ink.

I purchased this printer as a Christmas gift for myself—Lol As of now it is working fine, no problems hooking it up to my WiFi. I can print from the iPad or iPhone!

Great printer. I needed something easy to set up and reliable for school. This product is a great choice for at home office or student work.

Just wanted to add to what I wrote in the summary. The only function I have not used in the Fax, and that is because my phone is not attached to my PC. One thing to bring up is this what for a beginner using of printers. this might be a little hard for them. I have worked with printers when I had jobs and have at home for a long time.

I have already bought one a while ago and like it. I bought this one to replace a printer from an other major brand which failed after only one year of moderate use....

This printer has worked well for me. I don't have many complaints. You have to reload it often because it doesn't hold that much paper, but otherwise it's performed admirably. It's surprising how much printing you get out of the starter cartridges. I've been using them on and off for weeks and printed well over 100 pages with color and they have not run out yet.

I needed a printer for my kids ( since we are doing online schools) and it works great! My son has an Apple computer and it was a bit challenging to get it to comnect, but once we did it works great. Its only because of that that it only gets 4 stars from me.

This was a great investment, the canon printer works great wirelessly saves time and you can print from anywhere in the house.

Have not fully explored all the different capabilities of this device. The modem is hooked up and a test fax was sent from work to home, and was successful. Color prints so far look outstanding, but I am currently out of photo stock paper so will judge more harshly when I print on that. Scan works but need to adjust from default resolution to achieve better results. Love the paper feed for the scanner/modem!! The newer version of this printer does not appear to have this feature, nor a fax, so I went with this older model.
