Printer has really awesome features that let you register different paper sizes and the printing it does on photo paper is great.

The printer is great has very good quality. It does seem to use up the ink a little faster than typical though. The scanner stopped working after about 2 months. Haven't attempted to get support yet, but will start that soon.

This copy machine does its purpose and I have not had any problems yet. It is small and light, also user friendly

The only good thing about this printer is the price and that's if you get it for less than $100. If you are used to a printer like the MX920 series - keep looking. The trays and physical LCD screen that has to stick out in order for it to print is just clunky. I read the reviews and expected something much more, but sadly it's going back because it just didn't live up to managed expectations. Don't have a lot of heavy needs - just occasional photos, some envelopes, and various color documents. The quality just isn't there - which again, is great for the price which I should have paid more attention to instead of all these "glowing" reviews. Comes down to wanting a color printer that's prints great, super easy to use, and is cheap (pick 2). I'd recommend it only to people with managed expectations.

Don’t even try to use this without the Ethernet cable. Maybe this is my internet service, but I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the software 4 times. Once I connected and Ethernet cable....no problems. I don’t know why they dont suggest it when you buy the printer. My life would have been much simpler.

I have had very good luck with Canon printers. This one does all that I need it to do. Very happy with this purchase.

We print a few times a week and the TR8520 serves that purpose very well, We also had no problem setting up the printer.

Good overall printer. Set up instructions are lacking details and being up to date with online instructions. Having issue getting printer to wake-up when sending files to print. Must go hit the power button. My 1st 8520 worked very well at this. Any tips to fix this?
