I have still had to call tech support for printing issues. I think I am getting the hang of it. I am not an expert yet but I hope to get there.Less than a month.

Good, reliable printer

The wireless connection works fine, was easy to setup. I have managed to print address on my Christmas card envelopes, copy, etc. One minor complaint: you can't scan from the controls on the printer. You have to download and use the scanning software from Canon on your computer on the same network.

Small Office Printer

Over all it is an improvement from our previous printer. However I had hoped the printing of a basic document would be more crisp that what it does. The picture printing quality is great though.

Easy to use - works well

Decided to try & return if I couldn’t set it up. I’m old and had no trouble, just try it and you will like it. Printing vacation pictures now, happy with my purchase.

Lots of cool features

I can print wirelessly from my iPhone! Have used the scan feature and it works fine. Have not used fax yet but like having the capability to do so. Works smoothly. Shuts itself off after ten minutes, saving energy. Photo printing also worked well when using this feature. No complaints from me!!

Cannon TR 8520 all in one printer
