My 2nd pixma -- reds are not bright red

Also read all the "settings" both on the printer and the software ( go to programs on your computer 's start-up menu and select the Canon printer. I like the scan-gear feature.)

Excellent replacement for old Canon

Only downside is that I wish it had a real shell or paper tray to catch the printed documents.
