Our old color printer had an issue with plugged jets, so we had to replace it same-day for a project my daughter was doing for school. While it took a little longer to set up, once it was set the printer makes crisp, good quality prints. I love the single-color cartridges, as this will be better - our family tends to run out of magenta faster than any other color and with this machine there is much less waste. Excellent printer - especially when purchased on sale.

Easy to use and set up Stupid that the panel with the screen needs to be lifted in order for the printer to print. It is a little larger than I expected but the print quality so far has been nice and prints quickly.

I have never purchased a printer before but the person who helped me choose this one was very helpful. I needed a printer that I could make copies from, scan items and did front and back printing. This has it all and it was an extremely easy set up. I have not had any issues with it and would definitely recommend. I did not sign up for the automatic ink renewal program with Best Buy because you do not offer the single color cartridges which is unfortunate, I do not want to purchase all 4 colors when I only need one. That would be the only downfall of this purchase through Best Buy.

This printer is amazing! I have it hooked up on all of my devices and I've been able to print seamlessly from them all. I love that I'm able to use the top to scan documents. I could rarely get an even scan using the face down scanner on my other printer. I also love that I can scan directly to the cloud on google drive or microsoft one drive! It's literally the best.

We have not had any kind of good working printers in the past. This is our first Cannon. It’s fast, it linked easy from my iPad and phone. I have sent photos to the printer. Hope this lasts longer then a year.

We needed to replace our printer and read good reviews about this Canon. We researched the cost of ink before our purchase as that was a factor in our decision. Ink was cheaper than all other printers. It is very easy to use. Since it's wireless we can print from our phone. A great advantage. A fair price fir a good product that met our needs.

Boughtthis printer for my mother in law to replace her old canon printer. Very easy set up and works well. Bought it at a great price and have not had any issues.

We are very pleased with the quality of the copies that this nice, compact machine produces. We needed a small printer for our office that still did everything that the bigger printers do. This one is a winner!

Fairly easy to assemble since just a few steps are required. Accessing the information I want online is a bit time consuming making me with I had a manual with it. Prints well. I have not yet figured out how to scan..

My husband needed a printer with Bluetooth capabilities so I purchased this one. I’m glad I picked this printer because it’s very easy to use & setup is simple. We watched a YouTube video on how to set it up so that made it a breeze too. It prints out really good & the colors are good. I love the touchscreen feature. I’d definitely purchase again.

I give this product an excellent rating because it was easy to install and it is helping my son with his online learning. It gives you the ability to print scan and fax. It has the ability to print brochures and other stuff. We are mostly using the printer and scanner. Also the ink cartridges are not that expensive and always come in a pack of 5

Picked this up so I would have a printer at home during shelter in place. This is a decent printer for the price. Looks good. Relatively easy to set up. Can print double-sided documents. Shuts itself off.

Print quality is great - quiet - easy to set-up on my wireless network

The TR8520 replaced my former canon MP 620. It took a little cleanup to get the old canon utilities out and the new ones in, but I never could get the wireless setup to work. IN the sequence of steps, the program selected a router that was not mine, and there was no alternative to select another router. So I had to settle for a wired connection -- not an optimal solution. The scanner works great, the printing and copying are fast and clear, but there is still some unidentified glitch when I try to print a document from Firefox, In sum, the hardware and software are very good, but the installation is not trouble free.

I have owned my Canon TR8520 printer for over 2 years..It prints excellent quality for a small home office printer. It was very easy to install and replace ink cartridges. I have hard wired the printer to my laptop, Great print, scan and copy quality.. This is my third Canon home office printer I've purchased over the years. Yes I would highly recommend this printer.

This AIO works well, connection to my router was easy. Downloading the app/program to my devices walked me through the setup making it simple. I've used it for a few weeks so I don't have a feel for ink consumption yet. The manual specs plain paper weights from 17 to 23 Lbs. I haven't printed any photos to see how good this is. The paper tray holds 125 sheets so you may require frequent paper refills. The alternate rear paper feed allows easier feed of heavier photo papers.

Print quality is good. Have not tried all of the features. The size is nice for a home office. Mine is in the kitchen on the counter. The instructions download and have many good illustrations. A good printer for photographs.

great photo quality, has a front and rear paper tray, which I find handy for printing on card stock. The printer looks like it is made with cheap plastic, but most all of the new printers these days do. Easy to use controls
