Confusing

I'll allow room for user error, but not much. Other review sites people have said similar things. Quality not sure as I STILL can't get things to print right. The best buy employees are seriously awesome when dealing with an idiot like me. Maybe I'll try getting help again soon... Too frustrated to do right now. Side note: make sure you read the super fine print on the whole discount (what a joke) on bundling a printer!!!!

CANON PIXMA TR8520

ONE SIDED SINGLE SHEET COPYING THE TR8520 SAYS FULL AUTO 2 SIDE PRINTING UP TO 20 SHEETS NOT SO!!! COULD NOT GET IT TO DO THAT. CALLED CANON THEY SAID PUT UP TO 20 SHEETS IN COPY ONE SIDE THEN TURN OVER AND COPY OTHER SIDE TOLD THEM TIS IS NOT FULL AUTO COPYING. I HAVE AN OLDER EPSON PUT I 25 SHEETS WALK AWAY COME BACK IN 10 MINUTES FULL 2 SIDED AUTO COPIES. THEY SAID THE TR8520 IS CONSIDED 2 SIDED AUTO COPYING... I TOLD THE REP THAT THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING .HE SAID HE WOULD PASS MY INFO TO HIS SUPERVISOR LOL HA HA HA 3 STARS FOR NOT BEING FULLY AUTO COPYING
