Leslie was very helpful in showing me to printers. She knew the answers to my questions and completed the transaction. I love Best Buy and the employees who are personable, knowlegeable - and not overbearlng.

$99.99 is a steal for this printer but, I am annoyed how it does not automatically turn when I print.

Love the printer, scanner, copier, fax device. However, the operating instructions are woefully inadequate. I finally found the multi hundred-page instruction manual on line. Now I can work the thing!

I love the printer it was worth buying it I can now print/ copy all the paperwork that I need. It’s a great way to start if you work at home or in a office you won’t regret it.

I do not use this printer very often to review the quality of print jobs. It shipped fast and was easy to set up. It prints quietly and faster than the other printer I use.

Smaller profile but still prints what I need and wireless features are important for multiple users.

I used this printer right after I bought it, and it’s so amazing for the price! It comes with ink too which makes it perfect! The quality for scanning is awesome, i loved it!

I've had this printer for 13 months and it suddenly just doesn't work - right after the warranty expired. The power light comes on, but nothing else. I cannot get it to respond - it's plugged in and I've even tried a different outlet. But nothing. It's just dead. No warning. Previously it worked great. And the scanner was cool too. Also, I couldn't print to it from my work computer (even wirelessly) and the IT techs at work said that Canon was notoriously difficult to connect to. So I always had to email myself my documents and print from my iPhone. Of course Canon's tech support is out of office on the weekend. I'll try again, but I'm not hopeful.

Nice printer I wished it had a tray to print pictures. I guess it will print larger pictures.

Easy to install, add cartridges and use. The paper feed is not super big but it gets the job done.

Very cheaply made printer. The paper tray is very flimsy. Good for basic printing on normal printer paper. It cannot print on sticker or card stock paper. The ink will not properly dry and it may get jammed inside the printer.

I bought this printer for my mom, along with a new laptop, when her computer and printer both stopped working correctly. She loves the wifi ability to print from downstairs while this printer is upstairs.

Great replacement for the older Canon I had after it stopped working. The only thing I noticed is the control panel/door has to remain open for the printer to function.

Good printer and scanner. Still unable to get the fax to work, but I don’t use the fax function often

So far I am very pleased with this new printer. It doesn't take a lot of time to prep the printhead before printing, and doesn't seem to excessively clean the print head which saves ink.

I wish the wireless connection was easier to set up. Other wise a really good printer.

Bought for my daughter for school , did not want her to have any problems with a printer , this is why I chose a Cannon. I have been very happy with prior Cannon products.

This is my first time purchasjng a Cannon printer. I'm glad I did. I love all of the printing and copying options. Can't wait to see how well it prints photos, I've heard great things!!

I haven’t used all the features but appreciate the display. Good interface to enter information like the WiFi setup. Receiving faxes works well. Good product overall. Bought for my mom.

I recommend this printer to those who are on a budget! This printer was easy to setup as well as cost friendly. Very handy to those in need of simple tasks at home or a small office!
