I had canon printers before but this one is by far my favorite!! Pictures are unbelievable!! And the touchscreen is a definite plus. Good job canon!! And of course Best Buy’s price you can’t beat!!!

when set up it was required to turn on to print. However, customer service (Canon) explained how to set so that the printer would "wake up" when sent a print order.

This super smart printer is all you can think of when you’re looking to work at home. Portable and highly functional. The part I like best is the double-page printing and smartphone printing.

Had one issue after setting it up. However after deleting and reading it works fine now

For the price, nice to have a doc feeder. I would prefer a USB port by which to scan documents.

I really like the printer , but i’ve haven’t tried the scanner yet. It’s pretty easy to you.

I love this printer. I have always been an HP man, but I like this printer better than my last HP printer. I also like the option of having 2 black ink cartridges in at the same time.

My old Canon MX410 died, it was a great all in one. The new Canon TR8520 is even better. Love the extra features. Canon products are my #1 pick. I could not be more satisfied with the TR8520.

Fits our needs, but was not easy to install. I had to get some tech help to get it started

Setup easily and I like the fact it has both a drawer for paper and an optional rear feed tray.

I like this printer except for one major 'flaw'. There is not a choice to print in grayscale when the print box shows on the desktop, just black & white or color. I feel this is a way to get people to buy more ink because it is used faster & heavier each time something is printed!!

I bought it because it was on sale and cheap. But it has features and options that makes this printer outstanding

It works well so far. We are especially pleased with the top paper feed. makes copying easier!

The printer came with no user manual or reference guide. I have to stop printing and go online to troubleshoot a problem which takes a lot of time. Having a printed owner's manual that I can page through saves time, energy and eliminates the frustration of scrolling through countless pages to find what I'm looking for.

Easy to setup for use by computers and mobile phones on network. Good quality photo prints as well. I've only had it for ~1 month but so far I've been very pleased with it.

It is a very great product which we use daily I wish it would hold more paper in the tray but would not trade the quality of the printer The ink also last a long time

I don’t really quite know how to use this completely yet but I really love all the functions and the fact that I can send documents from my phone to the printer.

No problems yet. Picture prints are good quality. I’m just concerned about the cost of the ink but haven’t gotten to that point yet. Otherwise it does what it’s supposed to do.

This is a good printer combo that offers all of the basic features you need for a home printer.

Good basic printer. Wish it would scan in pdf. Have to scan then convert.
