Frustrating Scanner Feeder
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this printer because we needed a printer that would be able to scan multiple pages at a time for our small business. We might as well stick to our old printer, with this printer/scanner the scanner feeder jams, picks up multiple pages at a time therefore multiple pages are not scanned, and you have to actively search online for the software to install to be able to use the scanner feeder otherwise it won't work. We find ourselves standing over the printer holding the pages so that the feeder picks up each page at a time/ does not take 3 pages at a time. We are looking into other printers because we are frustrated with this one.

Not the best ink life

The replacements aren’t that cheap either. I got this printer on sale and feel like I have already spent more than it on replacement ink in the short time I’ve owned it.
