This printer does a great job and I love using it. After two other printers I finally got this canon printer and it has been wonderful. I would recommend this to others. It is really simple to work and the quality is perfect and just what I need.

I recently purchased a Canon Pixma TR8620 Wireless printer from Best Buy. I was looking for a Canon because my last two printers were Canon and I felt comfortable with them. I tried a couple of other stores like PC Richard and they didn't have any Canons. I bought my printer the day after I found it and I also purchased a year's worth of help from the Geek Squad. I only had to wait a week for delivery and 2 people from the Geek Squad came and set up the printer completely and made sure I knew how to use it. It was great personalized help and well worth the purchase. I also didn't know how to get Apple TV+ on my ROKU and I called the Geek Squad and they took me through all the steps to add that channel to my lineup over the phone. I'm very pleased with my printer and the the Geek Squad.

It's a little bit glitchy with regard to wi-fi, but it prints beautifully and is nice and small for a large printer

I have been using this printer for almost 6 months now. Printed so many documents and photos and the quality is mind-blowing. The display comes in handy to setup and make commands. Love the experience so far.

Great functionality and wireless connectivity. Decent printing quality but top feed doesn't seem to accept card stock.

My new printer is quick and sharp!! I replaced a Canon M922, which I loved, but it was slow. This TR 8620 is smaller, and so quick and the colors are so vivid and sharp! The only thing I wished is that the paper would hold more, but that's ok.

This is a solid printer. Color prints look great! Though it does print a little slow for 2021 standards, it's still reasonably fast. And wireless printing works smoothly from my iphone, ipad or computers (pc and mac). The main down side for me is that the touch screen is a bit finicky, definitely not comparable with any modern smart phone in responsiveness. And no physical navigation buttons means no backup if the touch screen fails.

Very nice printer. Purchased it for home office use. Very easy to print remotely and quality has been good so far.

Great little printer. Perfect size for my home office. Makes great color copies. I've only had to replace my ink cartridges once. I haven't had any issues to speak of.

Not a bad printer.... good print quality... cartridges not too expensive. A nice compact unit when closed.

Easy to set up. Prints fast and crisp. the only downside is that the front panel needs to be up to operate.

This product was fairly easy to install once I got going. I had to call the Canon Tech support folks and a 'human' finally answered and tried to trouble shoot the problem. Our call was disconnected but I remembered that while I had him on the line he said something about reloading the print drivers so I did that before trying to call back; and "Voila!" - that solved the problem.

I was looking for an inexpensive all-in-one inkjet printer and this product definitely filled the bill. It's easy to use and has the features I need. Two things I would point out are that it doesn't hold as many sheets of copy paper as I would like and it seems to use up ink cartridges quicker than it should. Other than that, I am very satisfied with its performance thus far.

Does what I need it todo. Not a Fan of the Canon IJ utility software though.

Color and monochrome print quality is very good. Scanning software is intuitive and easy to use. Set-up was trouble free, including adding to my wireless network. I have always done well with Canon products.

It is compact, does what it is supposed to but is just a tad noisy. Installed easily.

The printer was fairly easy to set up. Once I downloaded the required Canon software my computers and other devices recognized the printer. If I just had to say one thing I did not like about it was the fact that the front of the printer must be open in order to print. Printing from another computer in a different room makes that somewhat inconvenient. But, it is really not a big deal.

I bought this to print edible icing sheets for cakes. It works perfect for that purpose. It was easy to set up/connect and prints beautiful images with edible ink.
