Had a difficult time setting up and needed to call Geek Squad Elk Grove to the Rescue!!! There are not enough GLOWING ADJECTIVES to describe the service and care received from Russel and Kenji!! From start to finish, an excellent experience. Printer is Perfect, but also the service from Russel and Kenji!

If you're just printing or scanning one page, this printer works fine. The top feeder jams all the time, so it is not great for multiple pages. I do like the fact that the company has a tech-support phone line, so you can get someone knowledgeable to work through many issues with you.

I was looking for same set up as 8520 so I will be familiar with. I t does what I expected this printer to do…I print a lot of photos and do just that…I am using genuine cannon inks instead of other equivalent ones so a bit expensive but the color is better. I am happy with this purchase.

So far so good. Good copies. Very good photo copies. Easy setup.

I was able to upgrade my printer and it was convenient that the new one takes the same ink as the old Canon.

This is a great printer, its a work horse that puts out quality prints!

So far this seems like a very nice printer/fax machine. So far I've printed pretty decent copies and able to send a fax successfully. Haven't had it long enough to really give a more detailed review, but so far so good.

Bought this print for office use and it’s been perfect.. everything I need in one compact printer!!! Ink is very easy to find and replace and I love how user friendly the screen is!! Definitely recommend

This one of the best printer out there because it’s easy to use with a very good quality.

Print quality is very good Copy and print from laptop or phone wireless is very good Scan function is good BUT setup is awful. Instructions are lacking. I still can’t figuout how to scan using printer panel. I have to use the app on the laptop Physical devise is acceptable, not as solid as older versions. Control panel is awkward in that it pivots up and down and sometimes gets in the way Overall valuation is Good, worth the price, gets the job done, PS never buy hp envy 6055e. By comparison to canon, hp envy is a nightmare

Fairly compact, easy to set up; good value and like that I can reduce or enlarge

Very happy with the Cannon TR8620a printer. Only issue is placing documents on the platen of the scanner. The platen edges are very thin making it difficult for proper document alignment. I would have given 5 stars if it was not for this issue.

In process of learning more about my new purchase. Especially the ink tanks and how the black tanks need to be handled when replacing them. Got black ink all over my hands. Bought refill for smaller Black tank one day. There was no supply of single Black tank, had to purchase boxed set of 4 tanks, with four colors. Returned home and found the larger tank, PGBK was also empty. Had to return the next day, Had to purchase the boxed 5 tank set, with the three colors, including the small black color. This cost me over $100.00 for the Black colors that I really needed, Too bad there was no supply of the item I really needed. And, it appears the tanks use a lot of ink with ordinary use. Now I discover the colors are low in ink. And, I used them sparingly. This printer seems to guzzle it's ink supply.
