    Easy to set up and works great. Only thing I have trouble with is that it goes to sleep and won’t print unless you manually hit the power button.

    I'm very pleased with the purchased of this Canon TR820a everything printer, however I found the directions to set up the fax system too complicated. I was able to send fax material, but it took a great deal of trial and error for me to finally get the receiving part of this fax system to work.

    Easy connection to WiFi. Instructions were somewhat easy to follow. I was able to figure it out. Print is clear for copies and faxes. I would purchase this again.

    This is the second canon I have purchased in a 6 month period. This 8620 model is NOT as easy to set up as the 27 was and I still do not have it connected wirelessly. USB works fine however. The printer is good and both the document feeder and rear paper feeder are great features.

    I do like this printer. My only complaint is that it turns itself off after some time has passed -- don't know how much time. I click on "print" and nothing happens. I look over to the printer, and it has turned itself off -- again. I'm sure it is an energy-saving device, but it is also frustrating.
