    This is a great printer and I would give it a 5 star but I think that the app needs upgraded. You have to go to the Microsoft store to download the app on the computer and I haven't been able to create a shortcut for the icon. I hat that. Plus I am not able to get the printer to operate just using the USB Cable from printer to computer.

    I was a little disappointed that I had to pick the product up at a different location. However, everything went smooth when I got there to get the item. The employees at both stores were helpful and inviting.

    This is a great printer for home use. Prints great photos, does duplex printing, has top load & rear load features too. Super easy to set up.
