    I bought this printer to use for our HOA printing. Its a fairly fast printer, when it comes to newsletters or post cards. I have no complaints with it.

    I'm very pleased with the purchased of this Canon TR820a everything printer, however I found the directions to set up the fax system too complicated. I was able to send fax material, but it took a great deal of trial and error for me to finally get the receiving part of this fax system to work.

    This is the second canon I have purchased in a 6 month period. This 8620 model is NOT as easy to set up as the 27 was and I still do not have it connected wirelessly. USB works fine however. The printer is good and both the document feeder and rear paper feeder are great features.

    I needed a printer that make copies for home and that was easy to set up. This printer is perfect. I love the wireless connection. Have not tried faxing yet.

    I do like this printer. My only complaint is that it turns itself off after some time has passed -- don't know how much time. I click on "print" and nothing happens. I look over to the printer, and it has turned itself off -- again. I'm sure it is an energy-saving device, but it is also frustrating.
