Cheap Made, Don’t Recommend

I was very disappointed with this one. The wireless printing never worked for one. The major disappointment with it was the paper feeder quit working after 3 months. No matter what trouble shooting I did it would not fix the issue. I had to cut my losses and buy a whole new printer. Apparently this a common issue with these printers. The rollers in the paper feeder are crap.

Inserting the ink cartridges is difficult because it doesn't open up as fully as my Cannon previous printer. I do like the fact that it is wireless and doesn't have to plug into my computer,

Unhappy customer

Have been few days after buying and tested couple of times with wireless, worked only once and stopped detecting network , never worked. Will wait for couple of days test and see if not may have to return. Tried wired that works but figurig out the utility sodtware was bit confusing, states some in website but the install has it diff. Not happy so far.

A Bad Purchase

It is the first brand that is not a HP that I bought. Setup was a bit tricking. There are two main things I do not like. 1. Double-Sided printing is NOT automatic. I would think in 2021 that would not be a thing. 2. I just purchased two ink cartridges in the middle of September, and now the ink levels are already low. I don't do a lot of printing, but this is BAD.

It's great! The techs helped me set it up quickly, and it has been working great! Thanks guys!!

As usual, print cartridges which came with the printer are extremely minimum in amount, unfortunately. Already had to replace the black ink cartridge after only 10 bormal print jobs.

I purchased this printer 10 months go, when the paper feeder began to malfunction. It pulls the paper in from one side only, creating endless paper jams.

NO cord for printer

This printer is wireless only, and I hate not having a cord, for which I specifically asked before I bought the printer.

Unable to connect it to my wifi Called and tried to get help. Waited on line for 15 minutes then entered for call back…stated would be 25 minutes. Never got a call back. Very disappointed. I have spent hours since I received this item attempting to connect and get it to work to no avail. It’s either defective or not within my ability to install. Please refund.
