    I ordered this printer online and pick up took a couple weeks. I couldn’t figure out how to use the wireless so ended up purchasing cords for Mac to connect. It only came with printer instructions. It does copy and scan as well, but no instructions.

    Best Buy would be wise to not stock this printer. It worked for all of one day, and then went kaput. Do not waste your money. I even brought in my computer professional son and he couldn't get it to work. It's junk, junk, junk. And with Best Buy's return policy, I am out my money

    Doesn't compare to my old PIXMA MG5422. Discovered today that you cannot print on full-sized glossy photo paper. If you select 8.5 x 11 and glossy photo paper you will get an error. I'm getting error 4103. Canon's solution is for you to only use 4x6 or 5x7 photo paper. I regret not trying to print a photo during the return period. My fault. Do not buy.

    Fairly easy to install. All of the installation was done with direct cable connection first via the website. My laptop does not have a cd drive.

    This printer is lightweight and makes a great reasonably priced home printer. It was very easy to connect to WiFi. It makes very nice copies.

    This Canon replaced a previous one that gave me years of good performance. I'm a little disappointed with this one because it doesn't do two-sided printing. Oh they say it does but you are supposed to take the first side and put it back in and be sure you get it on the right side for the second.

    Very nice printer. Does what I need it to do. I just have to say that Best Buys customer service is great. My original order was stuck in a UPS station for over 3 weeks. I called Best Buy to see if they could help and within 5 days or less I had my printer. Kudos to the customer service section. That is why I buy my electronics from BB!
