    Purchased 35 days ago. Already broke. Scanner prints large black bar on side of every page. Cant be fixed. It appears to be a main issue with this printer. Google it. AVOID this product.

    I could not get it to hook up to my computer. I tried calling the geek squad for weeks and could not get anyone to talk to. The time expired that I could send it back. Now I am stuck with a printer I can not use.

    i asked for help with setting up my scanner/fax and still havent recieved any , when a guy did reach out to me he just hung the phone up on me.I paid for my product why have i not got any help?

    Couldn't get it to work! Screen kept say ink cartridges not installed but they were and will only go into the printer one way. Item returned to store.

    it's just about OK - there are features I didn't know I needed until I didn't have them - it does not do double sided printing, it constantly needs to be manually woken from 'sleep' mode, you have to feed the paper in and the amount you can leave in the paper dispenser is minimal - I would return but I got Covid and couldn't take it back ...
