I bought this printer to replace our oh so elderly old Canon. Wasn't sure i would like it as much but I do. Its faster and quieter than the old one. I would rather the paper feed be at the bottom like the old one but I'm sure I will get used to the top feed. I would recommend this to everyone.

I love this printer! It’s good on paper and ink. The print quality is flawless and fantastic. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and is easy to load and learn.

I selected this Canon TS5020 because I had had good experience with my old Pixma 640. I liked the picture of this one because it was white and looked clean... and it is. My old Canon 640 pooped out and I thought I'd try a cordless model. Getting the new one to communicate with my Mac was difficult and not at all intuitive. I sought help online at what I thought was a Canon representative - my mistake. It turned out to be a boiler room operation that finally fixed the problem after 2 1/2 hours on the phone then twisted my arm to purchase a protection program for $400! I paid with a credit card and after the printer/ scanner was working, I called the card company and cancelled the transaction. It was not easy and I ended up shouting at the boiler room accountant who was threatening me. The printer/ scanner works fine but the 640 had a concealed paper drawer - this is the old fashion style where the paper sticks up in the air in the back. You have to pull out a holder to catch the printed sheets. The quality of the output is fine but the design - to me - is clumsy. Next time, I'll shop harder now that I'm more aware. If forced to answer, would I recommend? I would say not this model.

When I saw this printer I didn’t think it’d be that great of a printer. Saw a couple of mixed reviews and took a leap of faith. Good thing I did because this printer is really good. Does everything I need it to in a rather quickly timed manner. Definitely would recommend to others :)

This little printer is great. The print quality is excellent. You can print from your smartphone, wirelessly or with a cable attached. It's light and easy to move from one location in the house to another if wanted/needed. The price was about the same as new cartridges for my older HP printer!

I really like this printer. Easy to use, adding paper is a breeze. Even changing the ink cartidges are easy to do. It is quiet and fast to print!!

The Canon pixma ts5020 is an awesome wireless printer - easy to set up if you follow directions. I like how it has 5 color tanks. If you run out of ink in one, you can just buy that one, as opposed to all the colors in one tank like a lot of other printers have. Love it! It came in the mail like they said.

I really like individual ink tanks. I feel like I'm not wasting money by throwing away the multi color ink cartridge when only one color is gone. However, I had much trouble getting this to work wirelessly with my new Windows 10 Asus Desktop. I finally did, but am still trying to get my Windows 7 Asus Laptop to recognize that the Printer is wirelessly connected to my router. The desktop sees it, but the laptop keeps telling me that the printer is offline. Bummer. I would recommend this to a friend IF they have Windows 10; even tho it's supposed to work with Windows 7 through 10.

I really like this printer. Got it for personal and home business use a CD I have no complaints, so far.

Works fine, easy to use, even for scans. But like every other printer I have ever bought, I follow the steps for wireless connection exactly, but at the end it says "connection failed". So I use a cable. I am probably doing something wrong, but if it can't tell me what I am doing wrong, that is a defect in the product, so only 4 stars.

Good basic wireless printer. Recommended by IT specialist.

Recommend only for light office work or home printer.

This is a great 3 in one printer, however I was a little disappointed that it doesn’t have a feeder, so if you are going to scan a lot this might not be for you.

I wish i haven't purchased this device at all. Not working as expected
