    I cannot figure out how to connect wifi so I just use a cable and plug it into my laptop when I need it. There isn't a built in basket catching paper after print job - I have mine on a shelf and paper falls to the ground after printing. Not a big deal but can be annoying if you print multiple pages at once often.

    Average printer. With such a tiny display and no touchscreen controls, this isn't the easy printer to setup. Printing is slow and ink is expensive. This is what you get for a budget printer.

    So far I have found it burns through ink quickly and I don’t print that much after one printing of 10 pages the next time I used it the letters were already fading.

    Was able to set up but unable to fully utilize AirPrint. Was planning on returning to Best Buy but missed my 15 day return window (very brief) by two days. I obtained an HP printer elsewhere- it works fine. So I’ve wasted my time and money dealing with Best Buy. Won’t be quick to come back.

    I consider myself pretty tech savvy but this printer is terrible. I went through the set up and printed the test pages, everything was fine. I printed one official document and then as soon as I went to replace the paper it suddenly stopped working. It won’t recognize the paper in the tray anymore. I ended up having to finish my printing at FedEx... Thank goodness I opened it before the return date passed. It sat in the box for a while and I almost missed the last day to return this junk.

    it Would not stay connected to my smartphone nor laptop via wifi, it was not the easiest to set up and keep it connected once I did get it connected to my laptop and smartphone. I'm returning it tomorrow for a Hp all in one printer.

    Had to return this not too long after purchasing it. Not sure if it was faulty or what but the print quality was sub par and one of the trays would not accept paper.

    Couldn’t get past the set up stage because it jammed with 10-20 pieces of paper every time. I tried just putting 2 sheets in and it jammed again. Tried a variation of this 5-6 times before I was too frustrated to continue. Terrible experience with this printer.
