There isn't a built in basket catching paper after print job - I have mine on a shelf and paper falls to the ground after printing. Not a big deal but can be annoying if you print multiple pages at once often.

With such a tiny display and no touchscreen controls, this isn't the easy printer to setup. Printing is slow and ink is expensive. This is what you get for a budget printer.

Missed short return window- so I lose

Was planning on returning to Best Buy but missed my 15 day return window (very brief) by two days. I obtained an HP printer elsewhere- it works fine. So I’ve wasted my time and money dealing with Best Buy. Won’t be quick to come back.

It worked once...

I went through the set up and printed the test pages, everything was fine. I printed one official document and then as soon as I went to replace the paper it suddenly stopped working. It won’t recognize the paper in the tray anymore. I ended up having to finish my printing at FedEx... Thank goodness I opened it before the return date passed. It sat in the box for a while and I almost missed the last day to return this junk.

I'm returning it tomorrow for a Hp all in one printer.

Jammed upon setup

I tried just putting 2 sheets in and it jammed again. Tried a variation of this 5-6 times before I was too frustrated to continue. Terrible experience with this printer.
