The Canon Pixma TS6020 all-in-one printer works beautifully with all the features I required. Set up took me a while as it was different from previous printers I have owned. I bought this model because its footprint is not as large as some other models. Printing quality is excellent.

The printer set up on my wireless network with no problems. Learning to use the printer takes some patience and time to figure out how it works (instructions are brief). Once you work through every feature using it is routine. This is my second Canon printer and I am impressed compared to other printers I replaced..

Printer was pretty easy to connect to my wireless router. Works as well as the reviews indicated whn in sleep mode.

My printer doesn't work (despite all of my efforts) way too often. It refused to print an envelope and after way too much time on several days, I decided that I am a bright lady and can beat this. I made a new file and attempted to print it (which it did once), but refused to print ANYTHING after that. The only way I can access the manual is by reading the icon with a smart phone (which I do not have). I am frustrated beyond belief with this printer. In the last two weeks, the only time it printed for me was once (after making the new file) and now, nothing I can do will make that printer print ANYTHING!!!!! This is not acceptable! Is there a secret codeword or something? I have used several printers over the years and NEVER had a problem. In the meantime, I have no access to a printer!!!!!!!

Works wirelessly with Chromebook and phone. Scanning works well too.

Did not come with a good manual and my son had to set it up. Unfortunately I cannot stop it from printing on both sides of the paper and the web site is no help. This is a big problem. The printer did come with a nice amount of ink which was a surprise and I like the small footprint.

So far i really like this ....it is much quicker than nay other printers i have had ...and clear printing
