Good printer for light home use. If you are only going to use it once or twice a month this is a good purchase.

All for the install was going well but then I needed to load the paper. Feeling stupid, my son got it loaded. He did say it was tricky but I don't know why. I then tried to finish the wireless connection to my desktop but that was a no go. And now it sits until maybe my son visits again. Hopefully the reviews I used for reference will be accurate once I get it to work.

Terrible print quality. Photo printing quality is extremely bad.

I got a great deal on the printer but is wasn't easy linking printer to my Wi-Fi almost took it back

The printer worked ok but the construction is horrible. The paper tray is flimsy and it crumples the paper when the paper is being fed from the tray into the printer. I actually returned this printer the next day for a better quality printer. The extra $100 was worth the investment.

I had to buy a usb cord to connect the printer to my Mac. I could not do it wirelessly.

The paper feeder works poorly. The instructions need to be written more simply and clearly....

After printing literally 3 sheets, ink started fading. (I installed new cartridges that came with printer - should've lasted at least a few weeks). Front panel must remain in an upright position to print, which is annoying because then the display isn't clearly visible. Scanner didn't work. Had to return printer.

Will cost More over time to replace ink but a nice printer

overall ok but syncing to wireless is a very hard to accomplish

I like my panel that lifts up so I can easily read and use it.

This printer has jammed 4 times since I bought it about a month ago. It is made cheaply and the paper does not feed well. I would not recommend it to anyone. Get something better. I was told by the BB geek person that this was the best printer in it's class. He was very wrong.

I purchased this printer after seeing that bestbuy was running a sale on it and my friend also had one stating it was good. The printer did as intended, but the printing quality was definitely not good. Documents came out subpar. Returned it the next day.

It's just a OK product, The ink is very expensive.

Inferior compared to my previous HP. Glitchy to use.

Neither as fast or as easy to use as my last printer

It does ok for printing documents, I am but not satisfied with the quality of the photos. I specifically bought it for photos based on recommendation of sales rep. Also, the printer set up was not as user friendly as a previously owned HP printer.

We have 3 computers. 2 macs one PC. This printer is awful. The laptop will be sitting next to the printer and it takes forever to print. the printer never wants to connect to our network and we have to turn it on/off 3-12 times before the document prints. and when I ask a second document to print the printer is disconnected again and the process starts all over again. I HATE IT! When I was shopping for the printer I was looking at a different brand. A canon rep was there and talked me into this one. grrrr.

I've owned HP printers before. My last one for 6 years before it started to fail. Ordered Cannon it was cheaper, decent reviews, and I liked it printed double sided. Worst mistake ever. This printer is nothing but a headache. Its so finicky. Constantly tells me there is no paper when the tray is full. After about an hour of tinkering I can usually get the message to go away but as soon as you refill the tray it happens again. Super frustrating. Not dependable. Not worth the savings.

Printer only prints half the time. The other half of the time it stops printing at the beginning of the page or doesn't even print at all. The printer screen just sits on the processing or doesn't respond at all. I use this for home and also online business and it gives me issues every single day. Please avoid the headaches and avoid this printer....
