I love this printer. I had a cannon previously and was very happy until it no longer worked. I tried another brand but was very disappointed and returned it. Then I got this cannon and was totally satisfied.

This is my 4th Canon printer in 20+ years! At first the photos I printed were dark, but they are getting much better. My second and third ones were the best! My son has my 3rd one and the second one finally croaked. I also got spoiled with only having to buy 2 ink cartridges, now I need 5. I couldn't find a Canon with 2 cartridges.

I set my printer on the top of a smallish bookcase, so I decided to limit myself to units which would not extend beyond the bookcase dimensions. This Canon is a very compact printer. So far the print quality (for normal printing, as I haven't tried photographs and very rarely do) is excellent, both b&w and color. The duplex feature works great. The printer was very easy to set up. (This replaces a five year old Epson, which in comparison, was much more difficult to set up.) The wireless printing from our Mac's works without issue, including from rooms a good distance from it. Our old printer suffered from inconsistent wireless connectivity as the computers often couldn't see the printer. It seems to be somewhat slower than the Epson was in scanning, but haven't tried to measure this carefully, so I might be wrong, and not a big deal even if true. The automatic power on when printing is very handy (since we don't usually print from the room the printer is in) and works consistently. Good price too, especially with the sale when we got it. The screen on the control panel has nice definition, and the controls overall are very easy to use. Overall, tiny footprint (particularly when the control panel is folded in), easy to set up, easy to use. And has worked with any problem whatsoever from day one. And works just fine with Mac's.

This series of printers was suggested for my MacBook Air. Actually the next better printer was recommended but I couldn't find it at a decent price. So I settled for a few less bells & whistles. I'm not sorry. For my home purposes this is a great printer/scanner and it doesn't look like junk. I do not understand "universal" symbols so set-up was not as easy as it would be for people who do understand those graphics, but I muddled through. If I can successfully set it up, anyone can. The quality of the printing is terrific. I expect based on the reviews for it to not be a budget breaker when I have to replace inks either. I highly recommend for the budget minded.

Went to Bestbuy to get a nice all around printer. I am getting married this year and we want to print out photos to use in wedding. After talking to a rep at store we decided this printer was for us. Fast forward to today and we have has no problems with this printer. Some people left reviews that said this printer was hard to set up. Pretty easy if you read the complete directions. I would reccomend this printer.

I was looking for a sale printer but opted for the Canon Pixma after discussing "why should I buy a Canon" with a Canon engineer who was at Best Buy to showcase their printers. He really impressed me with his knowledge (he was a QA engineer for Canon for years) and facts about this new model printer. I was especially impressed by Canon building in non-expiring print cartridges and the Canon optics which were designed by the camera division. He also got me the "price-match" sale price which really closed the deal for me! The print quality is excellent and the copy function extremely easy. I also like that it is Wifi and Google print capable which means I can actually print from my ChromeBook for the first time! Would definitely recommend.

We wanted a wireless printer to print from our phones and iPads. We first tried a big laser multifunction printer, but we were unhappy with the print quality, and we took it back. So we decided to try a smaller printer that we would dedicate just for the phones and iPads, and this one was on sale. We are happily surprised with this printer! The print quality is excellent, and it was very easy to set up the printer for each of the devices. I like that the ink cartridges are all separate, so I can replace just one if that is all I run out of. I am glad to recommend this printer!

We purchased this printer for my 88 year old mother-in-law who needed a small footprint and wireless capability. This printer clearly met that requirement and then some. She is thrilled to be able to print from across the room and cannot believe how fast it is compared to her old Canon. The duplex function was welcome but not necessary. We have not printed with photo paper yet but colors on standard stock paper seem vibrant. for this price point. It does feel a little "plasticky" when you load the bottom cassette but many at this price do. For everyday wireless home printing, this was a great solution and not complicated. A paper manual would have been appreciated but they seem to be a thing of the past now.

Excellent printer for color photos. I printed up to six photos at a time on the Canon - PIXMA TS6020 wirelessly off my iphone! It also functions well for printing a page or two on regular letter size paper. This printer is not really made for large volumes of letter sized printing. Personally, I was looking for a good wireless photo printer and I have been very pleased with this product for this purpose.

This is a great printer for the price. It has individual ink tanks, so you replace just the color that runs out. Inks a little expensive but what ink is,nt!Setup was weird because of the touch screen, but once you get past that it works great. Its a little slow from when you hit print to actually printing. Maybe the wifi, I don't know. All in all a good printer and it does print really good pictures too!

It is small yet powerful. It turns on/off quickly, though is takes a bit of time to print. The scanner is good, it can hold about 30 sheets of paper and the screen is touch enabled. The only thing I don't like is the printer function. You have to lift the front panel all the way up, pull out the tray and flip up the paper holder. A little annoying. Other than that it is a solid all-in-one printer.

awesome printer! everything can be done wirelessly. more compact than my previous canon printer. my only complaint and reason for 4 stars is that the ink is so expensive. The ink can cost as much as a new printer! so if you don't always need color prints, print in black and white, it will save you money and ink.

As we occasionally use it for photo printing, it has done a great job with the acceptable speed and usage of consumables. The print quality is really good on the Canon papers. Color is kept well for long time (my first print was in 2017). The normal print and scan speed is not its advantage for home office purposes but if you occasionally print a recipe or shipping labor or scan a few pages of stuff. It's a good device that is capable of doing everything in a relax way.

Very easy to setup and use. I was able to print a variety of items from my phone within minutes of taking it out of the box. This is my first wireless printer and I don't know why I waited so long to pull the trigger. Well worth the money!

I bought this printer a year ago and my wife and I have been happy with it. Print quality is good for what we need as is the speed. I wish we didn’t have to leave it open all the time since it doesn’t fit where we would like to keep it. Wireless works well.

This compact relatively inexpensive all-in-one inkjet printer caught my eye as I had a limited use of a printer and did not want to spend much on one. My previous printer was a Canon which I bought ten years ago. It was still working but I could no longer get ink for it. The PIXMA TS6020 prints well and copies well. Using a WIFI connection is easy. The documentation is almost nonexistent; I could not get the scanner to work as I could not find out how to do it. The paper capacity is limited and hard to load. I wish that I had spent more money on a more capable printer. This one was cheap and functions like it is cheap.

We have only owned this Canon - PIXMA TS6020 printer for a couple months now but it is great so far. Setup and operation was quick and easy. We will see in the next few months how well it is with ink usage and any possible issues. Works great wireless on the home network.

Not exactly the most expensive printer, but totally reliable and good for a family printer with the occasional photo printing. My guess is if you’re doing a TON of printing, maybe not the best. Found the setup and everything easy
