Slow, but good value

It takes a while to start spitting out prints, but is fine for home use. It was easy to set up, and I can print from my laptop or phone.

Do not recommend buying this printer

Totally different than the prior Canon printer I bought. For example, NOWHERE does it specify the cable needed to connect to a computer, and asked for user name and password (not in the instructions) without specifying for what the username and password were needed. Even the graphic instructions how to insert the ink cartridges were impossible to understand. I strongly recommend against buying this printer. BTW, I have graduate degrees in computer science, founded a 40 year old software firm, was a computer science professor for 5 years, and an IT consultant for 2 decades, so I do know something.
