The printer prints very well when you put the original on the glass and hit print. Printing from an external device like a computer or a smartphone is another story. The instructions to do this where very complicated. Much more so than they need to be. This printer replaced an old mx922 which set up with no issues. I’ve finally got the ts6240 set up to print from my PC , Ipad , and android cell phone.I then tried to set up scanning. The on line manual is a joke. The info on the web was no help. I plan on returning it to Best Buy. I

So far I really like this printer. It was easy to set up, works without a glitch, and prints well. It is small and the plastic fittings are a bit flimsy BUT that has not hampered its ability to perform well. I can honestly say this Canon printer seems much better than the similar HP printers I have used historically.

The printer was easy to connect to and prints well. It is well made and doesn’t take a lot of space. There was no starter manual though - it’s only online.

This is a great printer for the price! Very easy to install and connect to Wifi. Prints great in black and white or color. The size of the printer is also good, it is not too big and bulky, but fits right on my home desk beside my computer. Didnt need a separate space just to put the printer on.

The service from Best Buy was terrific! This Canon printer is the best printer I've had, and the price was super. I'm not techy, but this was easy to set up. I used it shortly after getting it home. So far it's been reliable, print quality is excellent, speed is good. I recommend this printer!

Need to replace my dying, previous all-in-one printer. Since the pandemic started, with working from home, I have made use of the printing and scanning, much more than I would have envisioned before. This Canon Pixma TS6420 is compact, easy to setup and prints quickly and efficiently.

I've always had bad luck with printers but my luck may have turned around with the Canon Pixma TS6420. The install was simple and straight forward. Thus far I have printed and copied from the flatbed scanner without any problems. I have not scanned anything yet so I guess I'll have to look up how to do that. Good quality for the price point. My thanks to Canon for including the initial ink tanks. Somehow the printer was able to automatically connect to my wi-fi network which was nice. The menu and assorted controls on the front of the printer are straight forward and easy to manipulate. Happy with my purchase thus far!

Great printer. Quiet, fairly small footprint, makes great copies. My only complaint is that it doesn’t work with my laptop software in my laptop. Luckily I can forward projects to my iPhone or iPad and print wirelessly from there.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Printing from my laptop works well, is more quiet than the Canon Pimxa that it replaces. However, I have yet to use the copy and scanning functions, so my perspective is somewhat limited.

A printer that prints. Hooray. After wrestling with a temperamental printer whose brand shall remain nameless (HP) all I wanted was a reliable simple printer/scanner that works and doesn't come with so much software that it takes over my PC and still can't figure out what is wrong with itself. Good old Canon is reliable, gives high quality copies and doesn't need a Ph.D. to use. It was slightly more expensive than the printer I replaced but worth every penny.

the thing i like about this printer is the installment software ease of use. as of the hp setup of micrisoft witch is a big headache.hp has better picture quality compared to the same ballpark $$ but its not worth it.if your looking for average print quality and using this to just copy statements this printer is for you

I am partial to Canon brand printers, that is why I chose this one, I feel I made a good decision. I am really happy with it so far. do however, wish it came with instructions on how to use the various features. Everything is done online now, even the setup of the printer. There was no setup disc. And the page that mentions the features doesn't really give instructions, But the printer itself, I am very happy with.
