Like ability to select paper feed from cassette or back feed. On screen setup was a little confusing at first. Still getting accustomed to the options.

Great printer, only issue is that it doesn’t wake up on the network.

I like how this can be connected to your phone and print anything for there and I like how the things I want to print out do coke out right with the double side copy

I bought this printer for small jobs for my small business. It’s a good buy. It’s slower than I expected when you first power it on but no complaints so far.

The printer has worked great so far. I do not have home internet, so everything has to be done from my phone through Bluetooth, I am impressed so far.

Cannon printer is an excellent product for the price

I called Geek Squad and it was taking too long for the tech to get connected to me so I had to end the session I was waiting for. I called another day and I was on the phone for an hour and the Canon - Pixma TS6420 still wasn't hooked up to my lap top. The buttons on the front of the printer, I have no idea what they are used for . There was no instructions telling me. Maybe the techs didn't know either, but I returned the printer to Best Buy and I won't get a Canon anything again .

Reasonably priced printer that is perfect for home use. We needed a printer for small jobs and this one is fine. Easy to set up and good value for the price.

Tif you are up for a challenge, this is it! There is no printed manual. If you go online there is a staggering amount of printers to sort through. A few steps are missing in the instructional protocols. The illuminated screen is about 20/10 and requires keen vision and put your face on the table to get close enough. It is a virtual maze to find your destination, to hook up to the network, to print from a device, to set the paper chute from the choices. However making a copy is intuitive. But once you succeed in printing, you know you accomplished something. It is a good idea to take notes to record your steps if you want to do it again. Best of luck!

Had a very nice Pixma MX922 that failed with a B200 error. Decided to pick up the TS6420 to replace it. Printer is a total mess. Won't stay connected. Uses tons of ink. Paper jams. Avoid unless you enjoy frustration.
