Paper Tray Jammed!

I purchased this Canon printer to replace my old Canon printer that died after several years. After just a few uses the paper tray has jammed and no matter what I do it will not load paper from the tray. I'm only able to feed paper from the top of printer. Canon has really declined in product quality. I would NOT recommend.
