Disappointed in Canon

I don't use it that often but when printing a small document it jammed and then just broke. Made all kinds of noises and jammed every single time after I cleared the jam. My previous Canon printer worked well which is why we replaced it with a Canon.

Canon CRAP

Looked online for reviews of this Canon printer, 3 reviews said same thing so stay away from this one!!

Miserable experience; I am taking it back tomorrow

The directions were awful; the tiny screen was unhelpful, it actually came with no instructions and you had to get them from the internet but it didn’t work anyway. It was a complete waste of time and I’m taking it back tomorrow. When I bought it it was the only printer you could actually buy in the store, but I should have left it there. I have no printer at work and i really need to print. It was the 2nd big box store I had been too the same afternoon; the first one had nothing that you could actually buy.

Geek Squad and others have attempted to resolve the connectivity issues. It will connect for some of our equipment and them for some reason it'll not recognize some of the equipment. Right now it is showing that the unit is offline on my laptop but all's good on my wife's laptop and iPad. Frustrating.
