easy to setup. Printed well with beginner cartridge. Able to set up wireless fairly easily. Printer output device not intuitive.

Loved my Canon Pixma TS6420 all in one printer. I have printed and copied documents. The final product is sure high quality. Easy to print from either your cell phone, or tablet, or computer. Every thing is fine with this printer. Easy to set up online. The only detail is why I cant print documents as booklets the way I used to with older printers. Other than that this printer is really cool easy to use copy, print and scan

I have only had this printer in use for about a week and I don't print a lot. So far I am happy with my purchase. The color quality is good and the scanner worked fine. I had some issues with the online set up, but I am not terribly tech savvy. I also enjoy the compact size which frees up space on my desk. The only beef I have is with the specification of one feature that does not appear to fit. Maybe I misread it but I thought this unit would come with a USB connection as an option - it does not.

Good value for your buck. This printer is easy to set up and I love how it works with my phone app.

The set up for the device was pretty quick and easy to do. I have only used it a couple of times so far, but the print quality was great. The start up process when you initally turn it on takes a while, but other than that so far so good.

This is a good printer with vibrant colors. i just wish the ink lasted longer.

I have used Canon products since the late 1970s, In recent years, all of my printers have been Canons. So when my last Canon printer died suddenly, I looked for another Canon, I wanted one that would print, copy and scan and was at a reasonable price. The Canon Pixma TS6420 was just what I needed,. I was doing a lot of printing of evidence because I was scammed out of my life savings recently and as I was printing, I noticed how fast the ink levels were going down. I swear I could almost hear the printer making a slurping sound! So, while i love the printer, it uses a LOT of ink! I wish I had read the reviews which said this.,

omg I had an older Canon printer and it was easy to use but when I bought this one I looked online and it was easy to set up I have never ever tried to make photos from a printer before the first photo I printed out came out perfect now I just want to keep printering out photos i feel like a professional

its amazing when u need to print something quick online. but my only issue is, copying multiple pages. i dont know how or this printer is not capable. i have to copy each page individually instead of a scan to copy feature. also has two paper feed locations....why? im assuming to "scan", i just cant figure out that feature yet. so the printing is super easy, everything else...not so much.

It is a good printer at a reasonable price. I've used it for the usual printing jobs as well as to print photos. It doesn't take up much space on my desk with is a plus.

I always read reviews before I buy anything. I was hesitant but took my chance. Ive had it for about a month now.. it was easy to install! I saw a step by step video and it showed exactly what to do! .. it doesn't make a loud noise when printing.

Easy setup and professional printing and copying. Curbside made my purchase so easy. They brought it right out to my car and put it in my trunk . The setup and connection went quickly and so simple. Very happy with my purchase.

We've always used Canon printers for their quality and dependability. Recently needing another printer, I chose the Pixma TS6420 because of its compact size. It still provides the quality copy that I've come to expect with all the utilities I need in my home office.

I've only had this for a month, and had enough time to get our family connected to it. Print quality is pretty good. The downfall is the software for the scanner. It can't find the scanner half the time. When it does connect, the features for scanning is sparse. I have better luck connecting to the scanner using Windows Scan and Fax. The help section is a bit overwhelming. Not a big help at all. The two feeder trays are great. I use the bottom tray for paper and the upper tray for envelopes.
