It really nice and compact. Printing is good. No auto-feed. Paper tray is concealed.

You’ll get a year out it if you’re lucky. First one lasted about a year before it constantly said there was no paper loaded even though there was paper loaded. Used my warranty and got a replacement, this one last a little over a year before I would get the same error.

First time buying a Canon. Had concerns about ink cost, but it seems to be in line with the other products I've had, as the ink lasts a long time, both color and B&W. Easy to set up, and copies have been crisp.

Trust Canon for high print quality and this printer adds multifunction use (copy and scan) in a compact package.

I love it! The printer was super easy to set up and link to my devices. I did a chat with Best Buy when looking and this was one of the ones they recommended that met my requirements. Print quality is great. Double-sided too!

I’m loving this new printer. Great brand. Easy set up. Thankful to finally be able to use AirPrint. Came with both black and color starter ink cartridges. Have printed letters and envelopes so far with ease; output was of optimal quality.

The printer was extremely easy to connect to the network. The only difficulty was setting up the computer when I couldn't find a drive to download from the Canon website. So I just added it the Control Panel and it seems to work. The other issue I've experienced is not being able to download a manual with step-by-step instructions for scanning a hard copy to my desktop. The only assistance I've been able to find is via the web and I'd prefer a manual.

This printer was very stylish and printed pages fast. That being said, the printer as a whole felt very flimsy, so much so that I was convinced it was a return. The hinges and paper tray felt very creaky, and when you put in paper for the first time, the paper tray then sticks out of the printer instead of returning to where it was before. Super odd design choice.

Bought this to replace my 10+ year old Cannon MP560 that got the dreaded B200 error code. After a number of attempts to fix I decided to give up and get a new printer. Given how long my old Cannon worked I elected to go with them again. Had about 4 weeks now and so far so good. Its a bit smaller than my old one and very light weight. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing with respect to quality of the printer. Set up was pretty straight forward. Had to figure out some things on my own with the various features. Chose the wireless option. I am finding a bit of a delay in printing with the wireless. Another reviewer was right about ink usage. Have just about finished off the black that it came with. If you intend it for personal use or home office I would recommend.

Installation was easy. The definition of the copied images is marvelous. It is easy to use. With cats in the house, the control panel on the front instead of the top is essential. I would buy this printer again.

I bought two of these. One for my daughter and one for my parents. Set up was easy using the QR code and teaching the options to my parents was also very simple. Good and cost effective printer.

Very easy to set up and use! I have used it several times for printing and scanning and the quality is excellent for the cost! I purchased it to replace my HP scanner/printer and DO NOT REGRET it!

I like this printer. All the controls are on the front which makes it easier for me to reach while I am working. I don't have to stand up every time I need to adjust a setting. Print quality is very good.

We don't need a high end printer. Just something basic to do basic printing. This printer more than fits the bill. I was easy to set up and has more than met our expectations at a very affordable price.

A great home printer and scanner. Easy to hook up and start. Clear copies and reasonably priced ink. Good value and a good price. Didn't hurt our budget.

If you're looking for an easy to use, easy to install printer for home use, this is the printer for you. I highly recommend it, installation took less than 5 minutes!!! Can't beat the price either!

I was worried about setting up my new Pixma TS 6420 because it didn’t have a USB cable port and the last Cannon I had (TR 4520) didn’t allow for a wifi connection because of where our router is. But if you just go through their online setup that they provide the url for, you don’t have to worry about either type of connection setup! The only issue I had initially was loading the paper using the front paper tray because as you’ll see their is a lower paper try where you actually load it and adjust the guides, and an upper one that was too small to load the paper. I’m excited now that it’s all ready to go!

This was so easy to set up compared to other brands I have had. The on-line manual is well-suited to show the particular process you might be searching for and is designed to print out good directions that are easy to use. This model would be great for anyone wanting a simple printer, copier, and scanner and no need of "bells and whistles." Did I mention the great price?

Easy to set up. Works well. Prints very nicely. Scans nice as well.
