I got this printer as an upgrade to my Canon Pixma 3600 that finally quit working. I like it, but I don't like that I have to go to the actual printer to turn it on before I can print. My last printer turned on by itself once I entered the print command. Kind of defeats part of the purpose of wireless. Otherwise, an ok printer for my needs.

This printer turns itself off when not in use which, in itself, is not a bad thing. But the print command from my laptop doesn't wake it. I have to go into another room to turn it on. Then the "wake up" process takes at least a minute, meanwhile sending a message to my laptop that it's offline. This is mostly annoying since the printed pages are still good quality. I also tried to connect it to my cell phone using the Canon app which resulted in needing to reset the printers connection to my router. Again, annoying. I've been a loyal Canon printer user for many years and never had a complaint. Since the supply chain is broken in 2021, I'll forgive them for this disappointing product.

OK for a cheap made printer. I like the light across the front..looks alien like. I hate it that electronic equipment doesn't come with printed manuals. For the technically challenged like me setting up a printer is very hard. It took me 2 hours to set it up then another 2 hours to program my tablet & phone to print to it. I like the quality of the pictures I am able to print. The bottom paper drawer on this printer is very cheap & funky. The colors on regular paper are not as bright as they should be. The Price is more than this printer is worth.

This Canon product lived up to its advertisement, I took it out of the box, plugged it in and entered my WiFi code and started printing. That’s all I wanted unlike the HP printer that you had to get involved with the HP cloud and other gimmicks that in the end didn’t work. I appreciate Canon for just keeping it simple and user friendly.

Easy to load print ink and paper. Just need to figure out how to print so front and back pages don’t flip. The top of the pages aren’t all correct. Other than that it’s a great printer

This TS6420 printer is the best I've seen for all around home use. Right after we set it up I printed two photos. They came out perfectly clear and bright. Text printing is very sharp and surprisingly fast. This printer would also be great for small business printing.
