    Installation was pretty easy. It worked GREAT for its first day in service! But, after sitting idle for about 10 days, it’s now just a big, heavy, brick in my (home) office. No time to spend on it right now, but I’m pretty disillusioned. Hopefully, I can eventually get it working again…..

    This printer/scanner does the job but the scanner is not as crisp as the Epsom Scanner that I had previously. I like that it prints on both sides and that you have a choice of grayscale, B+W or Color. The installation instructions were not written very well but the online help was good.

    It was difficult to set up. Stubborn. But, we got it done. The printer itself seems very light weight - cheaper made than our last Canon. Haven't had to print much yet to give much of a review on that. Doesn't seem to hold as much paper as our last one either.

    This printer so fast and ink not to expensive but we can fine ink at any store . I love this printer because you can load paper on the tray .

    Works great! My old Canon printer quit working after numerous full color doll pictures were made into photo albums for our two girls when they were younger.

    I upgraded from the Canon MG3200 and this is SO MUCH BETTER. It was easy to connect, it's FAST, and it just works really well overall. So far, I'm super happy wirh this printer.

    It’s made printing a breeze again! I don’t have to worry about paper jams for no reason doing basic tasks. Only negative I can think of is that it’s noisy for a printer.
