    I bought this thinking it was going to be simple to use since it seems not too complex like other printers. But i was wrong. It seems to have a mind of its own. Ive updated it, restarted, unplugged it, cleaned it, asked chat gpt to help me troubleshoot and nothing works. Sometimes it decides to work other days it takes over 10 minutes to get one sheet of paper to print. other times it uses 20 sheets of paper to print 1 sheet in sections. Big no no.

    I love it. I am an older female, not that quick with computers, and it was easy to set up. It is probably slower at printing than most people want but I am fine with it, especially with the price.

    Been having a lot of trouble since I got it. Prints fairly well. It says it's online but the computer says it's not. Has trouble scanning sometimes as well. Works great with ink though.

    This printer is so much faster & better than my older canon printer. And I always wanted a printer that can print double sides. It just use up ink pretty fast though that’s my only downfall.
