This printer replaces our old Canon printer which finally gave up on us. We looked for a printer that had the same features & ease of use as our previous printer, and it has not disappointed. It is quieter, and the ink cartridge design is much simpler for replacement than our old printer. Setup was simple, and we chose to purchase Best Buy technical support for a very reasonable price. Very pleased with our purchase. This printer should meet our home printing needs very well.

This printer is wonderful! I’ve never owned a printer before and it did not disappoint! I wanted something on the cheaper end for school because I’m constantly printing stuff for assignments. It came with ink already and I’ve owned it for roughly 4 weeks now. Once a week I’m printing about 20 pages for one assignment and that doesn’t include other things I print out for school and it hasn’t run out if it’s original ink that came with it yet! It also came with 3 glossy picture papers for photos and I tested it out to see the quality of it and the photo printed out beautifully. There’s a a canon ink subscription that is also included for free for 3 months and they already sent me another set of cartridges when I signed up. There’s different options that you can choose from between $5-$16 months after your three months is up, you can’t beat that for ink. You won’t go wrong with purchasing this printer I promise. The lady who sold me the printer was very sweet and talked me into purchasing a 4 year warranty for an additional $10. Overall I am beyond satisfied with my purchase.

This is printer is great, it has scanner, copier and Printer. Connects to laptop or cellphone wireless so hazzle dragging wires. Only thing you have to do is the initial installation where you have to go to their site and follow step by step which is illustrative and easy. This printer is capable of printing photos as well. Mobile app allows you to print from your phone and also guides you in scanning a document. Comes with cartridge and sample 4X6 photo papers .

I love this printer, it prints fast, the color prints are vibrant and it is easy to set up. Great for small office or home office. Would definitely recommend.

Print quality is great on this printer and I love the smaller footprint. It was a fairly easy set-up with Apple Airprint. My only complaint would be that when it goes to sleep, it loses the wifi connection. I have to keep going into the network diagnostics to connect it to my wifi again. I wish it would just stay connected at all times.

This printer is an easy setup. You can print or scan documents seamlessly along with creating fantastic looking photos. Just download the app to your laptop or phone. Top and bottom paper feeder. 2 sided printing as well. Just a great value purchase that produces quality work.

I went to the store in Colma looking for a printer and I love this specific is cheap and works very well I recommend 100% thank you team for you great attitude, thank you for your time

It's been a little over 2 ,yrs now and still going strong. This little guy packs a punch, only negative is, ink runs out too quick. Since then I've made it my backup printer. Tried getting a baseline, and it seems I've had an avg. of 100-125 (8x11, 1-side) prints before needing to replace it with the XL black cartridge. Results may vary, however, if it hadn't performed I would've chucked it by now, as I'd done my other two. (Those were supposedly, home/commercial use, hmm..). You'll have read that review.

The TS5420a is a comperent little printer that works well with my wifi nerwork and my chromebook. I miss an ADF but mu dsays of actually needing one passed when I retired, so it isn't a major issue.. I like being able to send a printed page and a scanned ducument rather than a photo of signed paper. The printing and copyng functions work well, and after a small amount scanning is reasonanly painless. I am happy with the speed, output and ease of use of this device.

Excellent printer. Easy to use and cheap, considering it handles pretty much everything I need from a printer(home use/partly work) Worth the price.

Purchased for my husband's auto repair shop. Easy to set up and use. Great size and doesn't take up too much space.

Great little home computer. Small footprint. Don’t expect to do big print jobs from this printer. Small to moderate use is good. Anything beyond that and you will burn through ink cartridges. Had no hiccups installing on my MacBook Pro, but some minor hiccups with my PC. Installation error messages galore. Followed online instructions for manual install for the PC and it worked. It’s a little clunky on startup but after that, quiet and fast.

This 6420 is a nice printer. Prints fast and precise and clear and solid lines. Easy to program and easy to load paper and copy, scan, online or offline. I am the actual purchasing customer and I love it.

Reasonable priced printer easy to install slow but reliable. I like it and very satisfied. I asked Best Buy employee for advice about what to buy and his advice was good. Dry good place to buy your entertainment or business equipment. No complaints. 5 star

It prints fast and clearly. I read someone's review and they said it wouldn't work with a Chromebook but it works great on my Chromebook and the setup was easy. I also use it with my computer with Windows 11.

Love the printer ! So easy to use and colors are vibrant.

I like the quality of printing I get from this printer, but sometimes I have to disconnect & reconnect the USB cable b/t the printer & computer before my computer can "locate" the printer for the print job to begin. The scan function was a little difficult to get used to at first b/c I can't use a flash drive, but I finally figured out how to get it to download to my computer, so I'm able to use the scan function now.

An excellent choice for me, simple installation and easy step by step process on how to navigate through the process of printing, even if paper get stuck, it has an app to help me throughout. Totally worth the cost too! Get your hands on one of these tech products 100% good!!
