Easy to setup and connects well with all my devices.

Easy set-up. Just follow the instructions and wait to let the printer load and connect. Wireless is great as is print quality. Plastic trays are not incredibly robust (what is?) so you should slide them carefully but the paper feeds smoothly from both the lower tray and from the back. Very suitable for home use.

This is a great printer which was easy to set up and came at a reasonable price. I recommend it for those reasons.

Good sturdy printer. I had to buy a lot of ink because i do print a lot. But overall the quality of the prints were excellent!

It was so easy to set up to do. I had to download the app which was super easy to connect to it I also printed out pictures they came out great.

Fast pictures and decent quality for speed however I do have a HP printer that produces a better quality for photos but is extremely slow. But if you are looking for speed and decent quality this will do just fine.

Great so far for a home printer. Clean crisp colors. Would not use if for a business, but does a great job so far for at home use

The printer itself works fine. Haven't yet printed more than one small photo, so can't say much about color reproduction. Many have said the ink either doesn't last long or dries up if don't use regularly. Ink options not readily available in stores closer to me. Paper tray okay for occasional printing needs but not for high volume. Apparently some printers will print a picture from your phone even if it's not stored on a cloud, but not this printer, if that is a consideration. Price and availability won over that wish list item for me, and I didn't have time to explore all the pros and cons of the countless other printers in my price range. The scan function worked, that is, once I was finally able to get all the drivers installed. Don't need the Canon app just to print (can use printer driver thru Windows) but do need Canon app to scan. (Windows scan has limitations.) Link provided by printer screen instructions goes thru set up, which stopped me cold at "problem with connection," prior to installation. In my marathon research, many others had the same problem. I knew it was connected properly to the computer because it could print a document from the computer. No amount of plugging and re-plugging or restarting ever helped. Finally, I bumbled into the Canon website (not thru link noted above) and downloaded the printer/scanner drivers AND installed them successfully. But this was only after 3 hours of utter frustration and on the verge of returning. So, set up was not a breeze for me. I hope this might help someone else if they encounter a similar problem.

Works way better than their competitor HP. I love the light on it.

The Canon printer does a great job of copying, and printing--except when I send a print message to the printer from my computer, it will not accept it without first downloading the material then requesting a print from the download site. There is one exception to this where the print request is accommodated on first try. That is when the request is from a document file.

Performance of this printer is excellent but really dislike the fact that it did not come in white. First time ever I have been forced to have a black printer in my bedroom. Canon is the best printer but we are now being forced to get a printer we don’t want. We are now limited in printer choices because of these 2 ink cartridge printers. I do not want those ink cartridges because they are too expense. I need to buy printers that allow you to buy individual or multi packages when you actually need them. I have read countless reviews from customers talking about this issue and being forced to purchase printers they don’t want due to this issue. This is no longer customer friendly offerings.

The greatest printer I’ve ever had… at least for now. It seems today, that all we see, is violence on printers and unfixable machines. But where are those good old-fashioned values? On which we used to rely? Lucky there's a printer like this guy. So far so good.
