Great printer and the only drawback would be the wireless isn’t the easiest to find your mobile phones for file printing.

Only had it for few week. Printed some 4x6 pictures on photo paper, color is good. Got it to print photos mostly.

The printer so far is good. however the quick set up directions are not clear and not accurate. Something must get lost in the translation. First, it does not explain certain things, on how the printer works, the loading of the paper and removal of the little peek cover, and the type of cartridge 270/271 or 280/281? Non of this was clearly explained. It too several times to load and make the paper feed work correctly, because of this. Once you get the paper and ink tanks installed, you print test. No issues once you read over several times the instructions, and just roll up your sleeves and go for it. Once you get to the section of connecting the printer, especially if you have a MAC, it gets dicey. The internet Web address, brings you to several different websites, not the one you need, then once their the instruction book states you have a model TS8020, however you actually have a model TS8021, so you have to use that model number, as no drivers exist for TS8020. Overall I figured it out, took longer than I anticipated, and once software installed easy to connect to WIFI. Time will tell with printer durability, and performance, so far seem very good. One other small item, the 270 cartridges fit, but it should use the 280 or 281 which are newer. Again never explains this. Directions need to be improved, but I have used Canon before with same quality, poor instructions.

I dislike this product already. For one, it took forever to arrive. Second, when I tried setting it up right out of the box I kept getting Support Code 1851. I've done everything I can to try and make this thing work but I'm done with it. Waste of money. Will be returning.

Copying and printing slower than one I bought 20 years ago. After 4 hours of trying all the solutions I could find in manual and then online I called customer service. Very nice man but basically nothing could be done to hook up to wifi after many attempts and another hour spent. Apparently a 5 Htz wifi connection is not compatible.

This printer is everything I wanted. It is not bulky like my old one I had. The color is beautiful. Easy to set up. Just follow the directions on the directions given to you or follow the set up on the printer. My favorite printer I've ever had! I use it for school, my photography, and so much more!

best affordable printer out there you can not go wrong

The instruction doesn't show everything and it sometimes do odd things. But I think it is ok in terms of printing, copying and scanning.

I didn't realize this printer couldn't do basic functions. You can only scan one document at a time. This was a my time and money, I'm so disappointed. Unfortunately I just opened it and its past its return. guess I'll toss it in the trash for better use
