    This Canon is so much better than our old Canon printer. It is fast, the color is great and it prints pictures wonderfully. Glad we made this purchase.

    the printer setup was straight forward right out of the box. It installed on my wifi without problems and I started printing within 15 minutes.

    Had a 6000d for 10 years and was the best color printer I have ever worked with. Hope this new TS8220 is as good. So far, it has been!!!

    It does a great job. Amazes my friends with the cover on Cds and DVDs. But how to make it quit printing on both side of paper?

    could not down load drivers so could run through router. Had to use USB cable. Not real happy but am able to print pictures and they are good pictures. It was our 4th printer we tried 2 HPs and 2 Cannons. None really work with printing pictures.

    I think the directions to installations are not clear, and that process could be better. I still trying to figure out scanning process, as it does not appear the most straight forward process. I used to buy only HP printers, but after 2 in the road locked up on me, I decided to give another brand a try.
