I’ve had this for a little over a month and I’m already having problems printing. It says load paper and there is paper in there. It also spit out something that holds a “printable disc” that I can’t get to go back in. Also the website where I registered the product was down so I couldn’t get help from Canon.

I generally like Canon products, but this model was a huge paperweight after only being used a handful of times for less than half-a-year till it broke down. If I didn't have the Geek Squad 2-year protection plan I would have been a very, very upset customer. Make sure to look at people's reviews, and I would strongly recommend getting the 2-year protection plan from Geek Squad. Never again.

I told the salesman at best buy that I needed super clear, bright colors that popped, especially the purples. He assured me the color was awesome on this printer. It is horrible. The colors are washed out and faded looking. So disappointed. Total waste of money.

Slim profile is the only nice feature. My printing needs are very minimal right now, so I wasn't concerned about extra cost of ink. After printing 3 black/white documents, printer displayed low ink in all cartridges. Instructions to connect to wi-fi were VERY difficult. Paper crinkled as it entered from rear paper entry. Replacement Ink is so expensive., I will buy a HP printer.

Like titles. After a year and 2 months the cartridge broke and won’t use black ink anymore.

It would be great if it didn't take two minutes to make a print.

this printer is pretty crappy. seems like it cost $5 to make. having a ton of issues with it

the printer didits job but, on many days i had to turn it off then on again to "wake it up"

Manual nearly impossible to understand. Default setting is to print two sided. Overall poor quality.

Does not work well wireless!!!! Have to reset every time I need to use it.

Two machines in a week. Error code not correctable

Got this printer and haven't even used it more than 10 times in a year. Already got an eror Code 5011. Called customer service and they went through my computer and told me I had to pay them more money for them to fix even though I was under warranty. Crappy brand, will never buy from Canon again.

Every 60 days or so I get an error code in the middle of printing and it takes being on hold with either Geek Squad or longer with Canon to walk me thru the fix... don’t buy This model Pixma TS 8200

This printer failed to function after only 8 months. Don't know if the design is poor, or if this machine just turned out to be defective.

Picture printing quality was fair, scanner quality vastly below par. We bought it to scan and print photos and it wasn’t as great as we thought it’d be.

I asked if it would work with my computer before I purchased it and was told it was compatible - it is not

This is the worst printer I have ever purchased. I cannot get it to print. I wish I had gotten an HP.

I returned the printer as I had so many problems with it jamming.
