This is a simple to use and compact printer. It fits perfectly on my shelf. Setup was seamless. I look forward to having this printer a long time. I replaced an old Canon that I had for many years which finally stopped working.

There's a slight learning curve and set-up time initially, but overall I am very pleased with the ease of use and quality of this printer. My only objection is that the scanning function is clumsy and slow. I recently tried to scan five pages and in the time it took to do one page and send it to the cloud I scanned five pages on a phone app with just as good quality. So, I heartily recommend this printer unless you need it for scanning on a regular basis.

It is easy to use, but it only lasted a little over a year. It might be because I used it a lot with my silhouette machine.

I’ve never owned a Canon printer till now. This is by far the best printer for the money and the best for my use as well. The setup was simple, the operation is flawless and the print quality is amazing. I love it!

This printer started off great--easy to set up, printed well...but after just a few months the main paper tray no longer feeds properly and it jams every single time. I can still use the rear tray but I am disappointed it didn't even last a year in terms of being fully functional.

This printer works great. Prints quickly and quietly. I haven't printed pictures yet. The smaller size is great for small spaces. I haven't had it long enough to know how long the ink will last.

Good compact printer at a great price. Install from a website...completed without any issues. Doesn't take up much space.

I am not tech savvy so I really appreciate how easy this printer was to set up. It works well and I also love that it prints high quality pictures as well!

Amazing printer for photos and glossy paper! I like to make stickers and this printer is amazing for great quality images. It is also a fast printer and love that it’s so simple and small.

Canon has always made great printers. This one is no different. There were a couple things that I liked better about this model though. First, the printer tray has an auto extend function. These new printers have a front face panel that swivel up and down to save space and look cool. The printer tray is hidden away under this panel and has to extend to print. Most of the printers require you to manually do this. But I got a wireless printer so I don’t have to go to the printer to do stuff and this auto extend function lets me print from the couch. I also like that this printer has an additional print cartridge. It gives it extra detail and is worth the ink cost.

Wireless printing is great. No need for additional cords, does;t take up very much space. Great item for the low price.

we needed to upgrade for printing pictures from mobile devices and memory card along with general documents via wireless connections. this item meets our needs. easy set up, nice price.

This printer has been a dream!! Both the set up and daily use have been easy. This printer is great for quickly printing off photos from a mobile device or making copies.

Great printer for photos easy to setup and use . Used right of box to print some pictures framed them and showed them to some friends . They thought they were great and bought them.

Most printers are ugly. This is a less ugly all in one printer. The ink lasts much longer than my previous Pixma. Printing quality is good. But I can’t figure out how to scan directly from the printer screen. I have to go through my phone app which is time consuming. Since I don’t scan much I deal with it. I’m sure there’s a workaround for scanning directly from the screen but I can’t figure it out. It’s not that user friendly.

This printer works great . It easily connects to my laptop and phone . I bought this to be able to print on envepolesand meets all my expectations . Color quality is great.
