We liked the compact size of the printer and the features which included the ability to enlarge. Unlike previous Canon printers, we found this is not an easy setup, not 'plug and play'. You have to download and run the setup program which tries to download a lot of additional software (which might be useful). You have to run the same setup routine for every device you plan to print from which is a bit of a pain. Still, it works just fine and will sleep when not in use.

Completely wireless printer connected to phones, tablets and computer without any problems. Printed lots of pictures for a calendar with no problems. excellent results all around.

I upgraded to this printer from a old 2007 canon. Got tired of not being able to print from my iPad and iPhone without resetting the printer and crossing my fingers. This printer was 100 off, prints instantly, and scans effortlessly. Haven’t had to buy ink yet so don’t know it that cost is something I’ll not like later on but oh well. I’m happy and can print headache free!

If you like printing your own photos this printer is for you. Price was good and quality seems be good.

It’s a good overall printer, besides your computer you can wirelessly print off your phone, tablet and laptop which makes it quite nice. Set up was pretty easy.

Easy to set up and get started. Connecting to your devices is simple. From opening the box to printing my first document it took no longer than 5 minutes.

It has so many features it wireless and it has a scanner and and photo copy and you can print pictures. The quality and efficiency is great.

Good prints but single feed for photographic paper, many ink cartridges to replace.

This is a nice printer. It works very well. The only draw back is how you scan items to the computer. This could also be because I’m using a MacBook. Things tend to be a little different than if I was using a windows pc. I still recommend this printer as it gets the job done and at a high quality.

Pretty straight forward printer. Good color on photos. Relatively quick. I like the craft options to print lined and graph paper which is great for the kids. The paper loading tray and rear load needs better option control. Sometimes the printer wants to print from rear when there is no paper there and won’t continue until you do. Its a minor annoyance and workable. Overall very happy.

My first sample was a photo from my iPhone directly to the printer. No editing and printing on plain paper.I was amazed at the quality of the print, which I ended up keeping. In the past, even though I have only used Canon cameras for the past 50 years, I relied on a competitor for excellent prints. I am all Canon now.
