It prints great (when it does)but had to return it because it constantly says”paper jam” and there wasn’t any paper in the printer.

Looks nice and very sleek design. However, the software is trash, extremely slow, always disconnecting and now visible on the network. As far as ink goes, don't even bother. Less than 10 pages will require new ink that's how this machine uses ink. I would not recommend getting this printer.

Not impressed with this Canon printer. It jams all the time. I receive a notice of paper jam, clean it all out and reset it. Then the s paper jams again. This process repeated about 8 times before I gave up. The rear paper cassette works ok though. It just seems that this particular model waput together very cheaply especially the paper tray.

prints fine - a little flakey when connecting to a mesh wifi network, doesn't always connect properly. buying replacement ink is as expensive as buying a new printer

Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Also, feels cheap and flimsy. Not a great or even average printer

    Disappointing Scanner

I wanted to get a scanner and thought if I could get one that I could use a printer as well that be great. Since my last all-in-one scanner purchased 6 years ago at a lower price range had a satisfactory scanner result, I assumed this new one with technologies available 6 years later with have at least comparable results but I am wrong. I'm debating if I should return this and just buy a stand alone scanner.

If you're looking for a printer that does it all this is it. If you want a printer that does it all with ease this is not it...it takes the "Canon App" to do almost everything. Not a true Bluetooth use,it will not connect to phone w/ or w/out Canon App. The "auto paper choice setting" is a joke you have to manually change. It describes a usb drive but its really usb to computer not a slot for memory stick.

This printer replaced my previous one, TS9120. What a disappointment! It is very slow printing on regular paper. It even stops while printing. I actually wanted a good all in one. Photo printing has been mostly slower. And is makes a terrible noise like a rubbing, squeaky sound. No recommendation here.

I’ve had this for 6 months now. Printer well enough in the beginning. The print quality was nothing to write home about but what are you gonna do in a pandemic. Almost 6 months later the print quality has greatly deteriorated. The cleaning doesn’t help. I’m going to bring it in to the geek squad

Looks cool, but makes a lot of noise. Uses a lot of ink and I guess that’s because it uses ink to flush the print head every time the printer starts or refreshes. The ink cartridges are too expensive to replace.

Outdated. Weird output tray. And of course Canon’s infamously bad instructions/website/support. WiFi in this is week so keep near router or get the USB cable to connect it. Will work with a Mac. Eventually. Sometimes.

This printer is extremely slow. I would like to get something else, but I just purchased this one. When this one dies, I will get something different. My other Canon printers were never this slow.

It's okay. I thought it would be a little better quality since it's a Canon, but it's pretty chintzy. If you're looking for a very basic printer/scanner, then this will fit the bill..

It works but it's flimsy and cheap. I said it works but its flimsy and cheaply built, buy a more substantial product if you don't want problems
