The printer is excellent for the price. Text print out sharp. Pictures printed out perfect.

I had problems with the first model I got of the TS9020. A piece broke and was not fixable. I called the Canon Service number and received stellar service from Canon's America-based tech support. I have been having issues with the connectivity of the replacement printer( same model), but believe it is my wi-fi and not the printer. I did get to use the TS9020 for a week before it malfunctioned and thoroughly enjoyed it. The set-up process is easy and stress-free, the print quality is fantastic, and the connectivity of the device to multiple other devices is excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend this to someone with a minor home office or an arts-and-crafts person. It prints great pictures and has smooth printing on cardstock. I like how the printer looks and feels as well.

By far the best printer I've owned for printing pictures. Very clear and pretty easy to use.

This cost the same as replacing ink cartridges, so decided to purchase a new printer. Double-sided printing and the sale price were the main reasons for this printer. Wireless printing from my iPhone was seamless. The printer turned automatically. Wireless printing from my mac didn't go as smooth. The auto-wakeup feature would not work so I had to make sure the printer was on, then pause printing and restart for the print to work. I did install with the latest drivers. I hooked up the printer to the usb port, it will now wakeup and start immediately. Just an annoyance with another cable running across my desk.

I only need a printer for occasional use. Use the copy feature the most. Easy to set up.

i really like the small size. Prints great pictures. The only problem i have is that it is pictbridge but only by wifi and i thought i could directly hook my camera to it with usb cord and print pictures. that does not work and my canon camera is not wi fi

Prints images very clearly, cheap ink cartridges, and easy-setup wireless printing.

The photos are great, not the best but the best can't be printed at home. Its fast and super easy to use. The best thing is probably that there is a paper load tray and a separate photo paper tray. I love it

This printer was easy to set up and get going. The print quality is excellent for personal use and especially for photos. The paper loading takes a bit to get used to. Trays are in places you might not expect.
