Bought this from Best Buy on a whim because the price was so good. Brought it home and my wife has been printing photos all day. We love it. Get one you will love it

I bought this for my home office and am not thrilled. The print quality is good, and the cost was low. Those are the two biggest pluses.
On the negative side, it jams regularly. It automatically turns itself off (I'm sure I could figure out how to override this, but I haven't yet). After only a few weeks, the magenta ink is already OUT and I don't even do color printing.
This is a lightweight printer for lightweight requirements. I am sure I'll replace it within a year or two max when I get sick of buying the expensive ink and want something a bit more robust.

Checked many printers and read many reviews. This print is awesome
Prints as nice as prints that I had printed professionally. Very happy with this one one of my better choices. And being able to print off my phone in store before buying sold the deal.

This is my third printer, and I love it. My 2 previous printers (not Cannons) were OK as far as printing, and copying. Both kept having paper jams, because both had an "ADF tray" for printing both sides of a paper. The ADF trays never worked. This Cannon printer does a very pristine, clear job and the colors are more vibrant than from my previous printers. This is the only printer I've had that also produces gorgeous pictures on photo paper, without problems. The individual print cartridges make it a bit more economical to replace separately as needed. Plus there's a larger black cartridge, so I won't have to change cartridges as often. I love this printer, scanner, copier.

Replaced my Canon pixma printer with another canon pixma because they were similar and wouldn't cause a learning curve. I installed it in about 10 minutes and began using it right away.

Great printer. Easy to put on a home wifi network. Color is stunning. Price shop replacement cartridges, as they can be expensive.

I needed a printer for some moderate work-load over a 5 week period of time. I was pretty annoyed with the load capacity of the paper tray feeder. The amount of ink it ate up in a short amount of time, the CD tray that is in a very bad place, the need to close the paper catcher to get to the paper tray (which you will load endlessly) and the relatively quick time it took before it needed a deep cleaning and maintenance to keep the loud squeaking noises away. I hate it. I wish I could get my money back and buy something better.

Bought 2 weeks ago. Working but instructions were terrible. Had to go online to see youtube instructions. Loading paper requires an annoying prompt to "register paper".click- WHY?? Inexpensive, so tolerable considering the price.

I was looking for a compact and wifi printer. This met my needs and connected great with my phone to print. Ink is not too pricey either and quality of the prints is great!

I bought this printer to replace the HP4520 that was just terrible quality. I was excited about this one because it was significantly marked down. Well unfortunately for us, there was something loud immediately coming from the printer once we set it up at home. It was like a really loud grinding noise. When I played the video to one of the geek squad guys at Best Buy he told me something was definitely wrong and so I exchanged it for the same product hoping it was a glitch. Go to 2 of 3 attempts for the 2nd review

Printer does a good job, very responsive and quck for the price. Only quiblle is the default power off operation (which can be over-ridden) that turned it off after a short interval of disuse. I'd be using it, than go upstairs and read an article I want to reprint and when I go downstairs to retrieve it, there was nothing there because the printer had turned itself off. Kind of a pain. But fixable like I said up front.

Everything is great about this printer with the exception of the inability to wake up the power You have to turn the switch on. All in all it is worth the price

Needed to upgrade my Canon IP6700 color printer when we updated a couple of our computers to Windows 10. That was a great printer itself. Still have it on a Windows XP machine. The Canon TS9020 is pretty much the same in functionality, adding wireless and some additional blings. The wife loves it so it seems to have been the correct decision.

This printer is small and this is good if you have limited space. Photos look very nice. I find instructions on the printer somewhat difficult. Switching paper size is difficult too. You can load paper in the back and underneath. You never know from which source the printer wants to draw paper from so I keep paper in both places. This happened after the first photo print. Will do envelopes which I use a lot. Print is crisp and fast. My only real complaint is there are times when it doesn't want to work. I have to unplug it and then wait a few seconds, then plug back in. Even then it sometimes doesn't want to work. I use it as wireless. Changing paper sizes is tricky too. I've tried once to scan to computer and finally got that to work but was flustrating. Over all the print and color is good quality. I just wish the printer instructions were easier to figure out. I would not recommend it.
