Overall the printer is goo. Prints are good. I have a couple some complaints. The control panel must be pulled out BEFORE you can print or scan. And if you forgot and then open the panel the app (which one has to download separately from the driver) won't recognize its now open and you have to kill the app and start the whole process over again. My old HP 7520 never had this problem. Also, I think I had read reviews that the printing was no fast but I was amazed as to how slow the scan or app (with preview on) takes to start up and complete.

Delivery was fast and on time. However the unit had been dropped and would not advance into the setup. I found the inner door was out of it's socket and fortunately by moving it a few time it clicked into position and I was able to complete the setup.

My wife purchased this all in one printer to replace an old Canon PIXMA. She didn't realize at the time that it DOES NOT include a fax function, which we wanted. We were almost willing to live with that. But then we found out that, unlike the old PIXMA that we had, the printer's scan software is a pared-down version called "scan lite" or something, which offers far less functionality than what we were used to. Strike two. The final straw was that while the printer says it can handle duplex/double-sided scanning from the doc feeder, what happens is this: The scanner scans one side of the page, and then you have to retrieve the document from the output bin, turn it around, and re-scan the second side of each page. Nope. Not for $200.
We returned the printer. Best Buy -- to their credit -- made the return very easy. In short, I would not recommend this printer.

Worst Printer Ever

We have had many printers. This is by far the worst ever. The printer and scanner are both extremely slow. Print quality is mediocre. The scanner needs to be turned off and reset between documents. This is an OK printer if you print for fun or 1-2 pages at a time. The printer also drinks ink like there's no tomorrow.
