Sold printer for basic home needs

Stopped feeding paper- Grinding noises.

Paper started to feed improperly and now won't feed at all. It now makes a loud grinding sound when turning on or trying to feed paper into it to print.

Only drawback I see is in the design. You have to lift up the front before you can print and also pull out the output tray.

Very inconvenient to use - retuning it

Won't print pictures unless rear top is open. Using it in a hallway type space or against a wall impossible. Bought this because tech recommended quality of print. Yes color is good. Convenience is terrible. Color is great. Pictures came out shrunk to fit 4x6-yes all setups corrects.
