Just starting, but the printing size, quality, and speed was exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes it does get confused when multiple devices try to use wireless to print. Have to turn the printer off & back on to connect. Only drawback is would like a higher quality scanner to convert drawings, paintings to 'mass producable products'.

Prints beautiful. Scans great. Prints 11x17

The print quality and the quality of scanned images is great. The rear feed allows printing on 11x17" paper. Ink is expensive but that was anticipated. Since printing and scanning are the main functions I rated 5 stars even with two minor nits. The "Operations Panel" must be open to print. Therefore I have to leave it open all the time since I'm often printing from my laptop in a different room. When the panel is open then the display screen is more difficult to view. The second disappointment is that you can not scan to a memory card. The memory card is read only to print pictures from the card. I had planned to scan to a memory card.

I originally bought is to make crafts, however I have not. I use it for quick prints & have found it to be very easy to use with no issues. It's not as fast as a work printer, but faster then others I've used in the past.

I purchased this printer to replace another Canon printer I had for several years that served me well. One major feature I required was the ability to print on CD/DVDs. The old printer did that and had an 8x11" cassette and a photo cassette. This printer cost twice what the old printer cost but not only has the 8x11" cassette but feeds other sizes from the back. I now have the ability to still print photos but also legal size as well as tabloid size(11x17"). My wife does a little crafting and it also prints 12x12" size papers. I have read some reviews where people have stated they wish they did not have to raise the panel to print. You have to raise it to get to the slot to print on DVDs so that wasn't an issue for me. This printer also connects to wifi a lot quicker than the old. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this printer.

GREAT printer except for one thing….

So far so good! It prints super fast, but the ink is still wet when it comes out of the printer. Also, I found that printing a large amount of black (like black background) will smear the ink when the print first starts and ruin it. I tried this a few times and had the same result every time. (I was printing a text conversation screenshot that was in dark mode. The screenshot took up the whole page being printed.) Maybe it’s the type of ink, paper or my specific printer itself. I don’t think that should 100% detour you from purchasing this printer! Unless you often print things with black backgrounds, it’s still a great printer!! Overall I am happy with my printer! I’m a crafter so the 12x12 printing feature is GREAT! Totally worth not printing a whole black page for that feature. Gave only 4 stars because of the large amounts of black ink smearing issue.

So far so good, I have not used it much yet. It prints a little slower than I expected but nice quality. I got it mostly for card stock printing that wasn't working on other printers, as well as the rear feed option and the over-size capability. Very happy with it so far.

I finally got a printer with a document feeder! This is my third Canon printer and I’m very happy with it. Canon makes quality printers and I like that it has an auto shut off feature. The print quality is fantastic. The only downside is that it doesn’t turn on automatically when I press print on my computer, but that’s not a dealbreaker.

Easy to setup and connect to WiFi. Prints 12x12 borderless perfectly. Printing on sticker paper is easy. Colors are vibrant. Although not a true photo printer, but still great for crafting.

Great printer. Printing quality has been great. I’ve printed pictures and invitations and they came out great. Only thing is having to open the lid for it to print sometimes I forget or I’m in a different room trying to print from my phone.

I have always had Canon printers and this one prints just as great as the others. The print quality is excellent, the copier gives excellent copies and the good part is, I can print remotely from another room. I might add, changing the ink cartridges is a snap.
