I’m disappointed with this printer. After reading great reviews on picture quality and it also had all the features I wanted, I was surprised that the photos printed dark and the ink is expensive compared to my other printers. The real pain is how it is always confusing the main tray with the rear tray and there is no easy way to cancel a print job. It gives a QR code which is annoying to start with and then doesn't answer the question of how to cancel a job. I had to google it and watch a youtubervto figure it out. So it takes restarting and pressing stop several times to get it working again. Also another feature I needed that is hit and miss is double sided printing. So unfortunately I would not recommend this printer.

worked effortlessly as soon as I plugged it, easy to install software. this is my third Canon printer

I've only had this printer four several months but for the most part, I am satisfied with the product. My only disappointment is how fast the ink runs out and the instructions indicated how to set up the printer and connect a device. Any other instructions, I had to hunt for on the Internet. Would have been nice if the instructions for use were more specific.

Very good printer. Prints fast great color . you only have to refill ink color that is empty

Good printer. Easy to use. Only frustrating thing is you have to turn it on by pressing power button each day you use it. Does not turn on by itself from sleep/power down mode.

I needed a printer asap for crafting and bet but had this in stock….honestly one of the best printers I’ve had no issues

Good quality prints, enjoy the design to have multiple trays that adjust to many different paper sizes.

Handles large size 12x12 cardstock with ease. I have not tried vinyl yet. Prints both in black and color without a problem. Just what the doctor ordered.

Nice output, great colors only issue is that I have been having to manually open the print output tray. Otherwise, good for the money.

Bought this printer to help with my crafting. And i love it. It prints on 12x12 size paper game changer!!

It prints quality is good and wifi feature is also good, it sometimes goes into a sleep mode and than shuts down, making you have to go and turn it back on.

This printer is so quiet compared to my older printer. It was easy enough to set up and I started printing photos right away through the app. They came out a little more yellow, so I wish I could adjust the color in app. Printing is slower, but I knew that when I bought it. No big deal for me personally. Can't wait to print bigger things!

This printer works great. Setup was a cinch. This dinosaur set it up without one call to my IT person ( my daughter).

Unfortunately I wasn’t blown away by this, but maybe my expectations were too unfairly high. Huge pro, this definitely can print on heavy cardstock. I used this for a wedding related project and could not have been happier with how it held up, and for print jobs not requiring powerful colors or detail it just does fine! That said, I originally bought to print my own wedding invitations and was dismayed that the print quality wasn’t as expected. The results were grainy and not the high professional look I wanted. Perhaps it was naive of me to believe such a relatively affordable printer could produce something better, but on the other hand, I’m not sure it printed any better than the $50 printer I had in college. We tried printing out some photos too and found they weren’t sharp and came out rather muddy. I played with every setting to try to equal the results I’d seen in a YouTube review but just can’t improve it

Was happy to find this printer that takes the same ink cartridges as my old printer. Can handle two paper locations. Especially like the ability to use 11x17 paper.

I give this things Five Stars! For being on the lower end it prints like a high end printer.

I have printed photos for my clients and the color is fantastic. I have printed stickers and designs for cake toppers and they all look amazing quality!

Always had the best opinion of Canon Pixma printers. I haven't tried printing greeting cards, yet, but the color is great. There are a few differences in the design, but easy to figure out.
