The printed was on a great sale, and my old printed was 10 years OLD. I've only owned for one week, so i cannot give any other comments.

Only complaint is that they keep changing the print cartridges when they make a new model. I had just purchased $100 worth of ink when our Printhead went bad in the one we had and couldn't find a new printer that used the same ones. I prefer printers with 3 separate color cartridges because I usually use more magenta than blue and yellow. I waste way too much ink with the single color cartridge.

Great carfting and business printer

This one fills all of my needs from document feeder, built in paper projects, to being able to print 12x12 & 11x17. My first print was a 8 1/2x 11 photo and it was as good as a print service. Easy setup A little pricey but you get what you pay for

Gave four stars because lacks clear set up instructions on connectivity to all devices and proper usage for different papers. Initial ink cartridges ran out quickly. Will leave another review after changing ink cartridges to XL in order to upgrade colors and number of photo prints.

Difficult to and crazy to have to set up by phone app, which was challenging but doable. Hard to get access on computer which is where I'll do most of my printing. Seems like this is what all printers are making you do now. Ridiculous! It's a printer. What else can I say. Take a chance. Take a risk. It works, but I'm not overly excited about it.
