New Camera seems simpler to use. Quality of finished photo will determine what rating it falls into. Older Cannon gives excellent photos.

Needed a small point and shoot camera for some family pictures. This was the least expensive camera that BB had. Didn't want to spend this much for a point and shoot but there was no choice at the time. Overall the camera did what it was supposed to do. It takes good pictures and is simple to use. That is what it is made for. Best Buy needs to run this on sale all the time for 25% off (it's not worth $119)
