good quality, user friendly, great value for price

Purchased to replace an older ELPH. This one has great features and amazing sharpness. Video quality is also very good. Have been using constantly for almost a year with no issues.

This was a little difficult to understand because there are so many options that didn't seem obvious to me. When a Geek Squad member showed me what the camera is capable of doing I was more than happy with my purchase. The pictures are sharp and clear, also great colors.

Got this camera for taking pics around the house and to start a memory scrapbook and boy does it deliver. Love it I download pics to my PC and print away at home and the pics are nice and vivid. great camera for the price.

Just getting started with this camera. Wished a user guide would have been included instead of having to download.

Based on the positive reviews I'm expecting good auto focus and video out the gate but my Nexus 5x has better auto focus and sometimes takes better picture due to this. As far as video it's good quality but in mov (QuickTime format) this is format from back in 90' 2000 era's, mp4 is pretty much the standard format, so I have to convert all of recorded videos which is an inconvenience. I wish I researched this product a bit more because definitely wanted a camera that took better shoots than my current phone and some things that I assumed would be standard like having Wifi, so pictures automatically go to your phone are not on this model :( Still a good basic camera but if you have phone with a good camera then I would avoid this one.

As a small camera to take photos of family and friends it works fine. I own an earlier Powershot that also did well, but didn't have the reach that this one does (3x zoom vs 8x zoom). Haven't tested it as completely as I'd like, but only have had the camera a few weeks.
